Due to the second hand nature of our merchandise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If returned to us, the items will not be refunded, credited, or returned back to the customer. No adjustments to prior markdowns.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 3-5 business day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

In-Store Pick Up orders: Please allow 48 hours before picking up your order. If you are ordering in a hurry for an event please email us at info@consignmentbrooklyn.com
IN-STORE PICK UPS
Pick up Time Frame: After the 48 hr processing time, you have 7 days to pick up your order in store. If you do not pick up in that window you will be contacted and charged to ship your items. If we do not receive a response from you they will become the property of Consignment Brooklyn and eligible for resale.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of $10.
Prior to placing all INTERNATIONAL orders, we ask that you contact our Brooklyn office directly for a price quote info@consignmentbrooklyn.com All packages will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. However, shipments are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19 please allow for additional delivery time.
We also offer curbside pick up for our local shoppers. Post-processing these items must be picked up within 7 days.
We do not accept any returns nor do we accept any return shipping costs for any reason.
Please note that Consignment Brooklyn is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit once they have been provided to our shipping carrier.
We require that ALL ORDERS over $1,000 and all international orders provide two forms of government issued identification.
